Grapefruit Drop Crusta

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a Sherry Glass.

Moisten the outside edge of the Sherry Glass with grapefruit juice, then dip it into sugar to create a sugared rim.

Prepare a long, wide swath of grapefruit peel for garnish.

Shake the grapefruit flavored vodka, Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, rich sugar syrup, and a dash of grapefruit bitters with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-prepared Sherry Glass.

Garnish by placing the grapefruit peel around the inside of the rim.
