Prepare a pineapple wedge and set it aside for garnish.

Shake the new make spirit, Passoã passion fruit liqueur, Sauvignon Blanc wine, pineapple juice, and Difford's Daiquiri Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim.
