Combine the Jamaican rum, cognac, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat, and Angostura bitters in a shaker.

Add a generous scoop of crushed ice.

Whip shake briskly to chill and mix the ingredients.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled Cocktail Coupe.

Garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.

For an alternative presentation, you may serve in a Tiki mug filled with crushed ice, garnished with freshly grated nutmeg and an inverted paper umbrella.
