Combine the apple brandy, Cardamaro, coffee liqueur, and herbal liqueur in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Add the homemade vanilla extract and both types of bitters: Bittermens Xocolatl Mole and Angostura Orange.

Stir the mixture until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass over a large cube of ice.

Serve immediately, allowing the complex flavors to unfold as the ice gradually melts.
