Combine the Añejo tequila, Oloroso sherry, Suze, Mezcal, agave syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.
