Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish with aromatic bitters for later use.

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake without ice to emulsify the ingredients thoroughly.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with drops of aromatic bitters drawn through the foam for an elegant finish.
