Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare an apple wedge for garnish.

Shake the bison grass vodka, cloudy apple juice or cider, and sweetened cranberry juice with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass.

Garnish with the prepared apple wedge.
