Muddled Mission

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a fresh strawberry.

Muddle a hulled, small, and ripe strawberry in the base of a shaker.

Add the Hayman's London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur), and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish the drink with the sliced strawberry on the rim of the glass.
