White Russian (Gus’ Sip and Dip)

Chill a glass in the freezer well in advance of crafting your cocktail.

Combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, cold brew coffee, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to chill the mixture, then set it aside.

Fill the chilled glass with large ice cubes. Pour the foam cream into the bottom of the glass over the ice, filling about one-third of the glass.

Carefully pour the prepared cocktail mixture over the foam cream, creating a beautifully layered presentation.

To make the foam cream, combine heavy cream with simple syrup in a shaker. Shake until the mixture thickens while maintaining a pourable consistency.
