Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Stir the Cynar, Nonino Il Moscato Grappa Monovitigno, Chinotto liqueur, amber vermouth, cold brew coffee, and saline solution with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.
