Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the gin, sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula), Amaro Lucano, and Fernet Branca.

Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon until well chilled.

Empty the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass.
