Double Smoked Negroni

Chill an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.

In a mixing glass, combine mezcal, Amaro (Cappelletti Sfumato Rabarbaro), and sweet vermouth (Carpano Punt e Mes).

Add 2 dashes of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters.

Stir the ingredients together until well chilled.

Strain the mixture over the ice cube in the prepared Old Fashioned glass.

Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink and use it as a garnish.
