Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish, then set aside the twist and an orange wheel slice.

Stir the rhubarb-flavored vodka, aromatized wine, and bittersweet orange-red aperitivo with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, ideally using a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the prepared orange wheel slice.
