Brandy Club Cocktail

Select and pre-chill your martini glass.

Prepare a rim garnish by mixing orange and lemon grated zest with caster sugar, then coat the rim of the glass.

Stir the cognac, Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur, Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, and chilled water (optional if using wet ice) together with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
