Blueberry Sour

Muddle the blueberries and vodka in a mixing glass, then strain the mixture into a dry shaker, making sure to press out all liquid.

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, jasmine liqueur, and egg white to the shaker. Dry shake the ingredients for approximately 20 seconds.

Introduce ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.

Double strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with a few reserved blueberries.
