Instructions

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a dehydrated lemon wheel and grating cinnamon.

Shake the Caribbean blended rum, cognac, freshly squeezed lime juice, Monin pineapple syrup, rich sugar syrup, and Difford's Daiquiri bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the dehydrated lemon slice, floating it on the surface, and dust with freshly grated cinnamon.
