Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Select a fresh mint sprig for garnish and set aside.

Gently muddle the mint leaves at the base of a shaker, just enough to release their aroma without tearing them.

Add the bison grass vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, orgeat syrup, and ice into the shaker. Shake vigorously to combine and chill the ingredients.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass, ensuring a smooth texture.

Garnish with the prepared mint sprig for a refreshing finish.
