Banana Flambé

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Heat the banana in a shallow small pan along with freshly squeezed orange juice, superfine sugar, and ground cinnamon until the banana softens and the orange juice reduces.

Add cognac and carefully flambé.

Muddle the softened banana in the base of a shaker.

Add Ketel One Vodka, unaged cachaça, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake with ice vigorously.

Fine strain the mixture into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
