Chill a cocktail coupe to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare a garnish by either floating a dried banana chip on the surface or attaching it to the rim of the glass.

Combine cachaça, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Sauvignon Blanc wine, and overproof white rum in a mixing glass.

Stir the ingredients with ice until well chilled and diluted.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
