Cobra Clutch

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish by selecting fresh mint sprigs.

Shake the blanco tequila, Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, freshly squeezed lime juice, demerara or muscovado or brown sugar syrup, chilled pineapple juice, and La Fée Parisienne absinthe with ice.

Strain the mixture into the highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Serve with a straw.
