DC Martini

Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.

Stir the vanilla rum, hazelnut liqueur, white crème de cacao liqueur, rich sugar syrup, and vanilla bitters with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
