Thai Iced Coffee

Add freshly ground cardamom to the ground coffee before brewing.

Brew strong black coffee, sweeten it while hot, then cool it quickly.

Pour the cooled coffee into a highball glass over ice and serve with cream.

For a floating layer, gently pour cream or milk over a spoon so it rests on top of the coffee.
