Chill a glass mug by filling it with ice.

In a mixing glass, combine Cardenal Mendoza Brandy, freshly squeezed lime juice, cinnamon syrup, a dash of plum bitters, and mulled wine.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir thoroughly to chill the mixture.

Empty the glass mug of ice and strain the cocktail into the mug, adding fresh ice if desired.

Garnish with a side of almond biscuits and dried plums for a festive touch.
