Prepare an orange zest twist and skewer a Luxardo Maraschino cherry for garnish.
Stir the blended Scotch whisky, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, and a dash of Orange Bitters with ice until well chilled.
