El Chapulín

Combine the Branca Menta, tequila, and Crème de Cacao in a mixing glass.

Add the Xocolatl Mole bitters and fill the mixing glass with ice.

Stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned Glass.

Garnish with 3 dashes of absinthe and a sprig of mint to finish.
