Autumn Ash

Combine the Scotch, applejack, elderflower liqueur, and orange bitters in a mixing glass.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the oils from a lemon peel over the top of the drink and drop the peel into the glass as a garnish.
