Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist and dried coconut slices, preferably toasted, for garnish.

Stir the blended Scotch whisky, Lucano amaro, and coconut water with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.

Garnish with the dried coconut slices.
