Red Melon'tini

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a watermelon wedge for garnish.

Muddle the chopped fresh watermelon in the base of a shaker until thoroughly mashed.

Add the chili pepper flavored vodka and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the prepared watermelon wedge.
