Shake the bison grass vodka, pear eau de vie, lemon juice, falernum, elderflower liqueur, and Sorel liqueur with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a Old Fashioned Glass filled with pebble ice or crushed ice.

Top with additional ice to maintain the chill and freshness.

Add a few dashes of both Peychaud's and Angostura bitters over the ice.

Garnish with a thin lemon twist elegantly wrapped around the base of a freshly slapped mint sprig.

Serve with a straw for an inviting presentation.
