Californian Martini

Chill a martini glass to prepare it for serving.

Craft an orange zest twist for garnishing later.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Ketel One Vodka, Grand Marnier or other preferred cognac orange liqueur, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and a dash of Orange Bitters by Angostura.

Stir the mixture thoroughly to chill and blend the ingredients.
