Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Chill a Cocktail Coupe in preparation for serving.

Prepare a twist of lemon zest for garnish.

Combine the Akvavit, Vermut Lustau Rosé, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, and a few drops of orange flower water in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe.
