Jabberwocky

Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

Pour the gin, Manzanilla sherry, and aromatized wine into a mixing glass.

Add a few dashes of orange bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the martini glass if using, then strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim.
