Instructions

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare an orange zest twist for the garnish.

Stir the orange marmalade with the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Red Bitter, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup in the base of a shaker until the marmalade is dissolved.

Shake the mixture with ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
