Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a lemon zest to express its oils, then discard the zest. Skewer a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and place it in the glass.

Stir the gentian liqueur, overproof gin, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, and grapefruit bitters with ice.
