Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake the mixture vigorously to create a smooth, emulsified texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled toddy glass.

Finish by dusting the top with freshly grated nutmeg.
