How to make Shadyside Fizz with Tequila Blanco, Aromatic Bitters, Lime Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Dry shake the blanco tequila, Angostura bitters, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white vigorously without ice to emulsify the ingredients.
Add ice and shake again to chill and further mix the cocktail.
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe over the lemon-lime soda.
If desired, top off with additional lemon-lime soda to taste.
Garnish with three more drops of Angostura bitters for a finishing touch.
