Chill a cocktail coupe to prepare it for serving.

Grate some nutmeg to use as a garnish later.

Shake the vodka, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, and whipping cream, along with the egg white or cocktail foamer if using, with ice until well mixed.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Finish by dusting the surface with the freshly grated nutmeg.
