Use these specified component styles: Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie.
Chill a cocktail coupe glass before starting the preparation.
Prepare an apricot wedge or a dried apricot half for garnish.
Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Liquore Strega, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, Kirschwasser, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a couple of dashes of Orange Bitters by Angostura in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish the drink by placing the apricot wedge or dried apricot half on the rim of the glass.
