Grape Delight

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering red grapes.

Muddle the red grapes in the base of a shaker.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur, cloudy and unsweetened apple juice or cider, rich sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the skewered grapes.
