Frisky Bison

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Prepare a garnish by thinly slicing and dehydrating an apple slice.

Gently muddle the mint leaves in the base of a shaker just until they are bruised.

Add the bison grass vodka, apple schnapps liqueur, cloudy apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Coupe glass.

Float the dehydrated apple slice on top as a garnish.
