Blissful Eggnorance

Combine the half-and-half, whole egg, vodka, genever, amaretto, honey syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously without ice to emulsify the ingredients.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

Double strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Serve immediately.
