Port Wine Flip

Combine the port, light cream, powdered sugar, and a whole egg in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously to blend and chill the mixture.

Strain the contents into a whiskey sour glass.

Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
