Strawberry Swizzle

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of half a strawberry, a lemon slice, and mint sprigs.

Swizzle the strawberry-flavored vodka, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters in the highball glass filled two-thirds with crushed ice.

Fill the glass with more crushed ice and briefly churn the mixture.

Top with chilled Thomas Henry Soda Water.

Garnish with the half strawberry on the rim, a lemon slice, and mint sprigs.
