Muddle the orange slices in a shaker.

Add the aromatized wine, elderflower liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker, then fill with ice and shake vigorously.

Fill an Old Fashioned Glass halfway with ice and pour the mixture in.

Top with soda water and garnish with an additional orange slice.
