Rob Roy No. 3

Combine the Scotch whiskey, dry vermouth, and vermouth bianco in a mixing glass.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel to finish.
