Pisco Flower

Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Add pisco, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Crème de Violette, and Maraschino liqueur to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and vigorously shake until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the martini glass.

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Serve the cocktail straight up, without any garnish, to highlight its elegant simplicity.
