Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish from a pink grapefruit wedge or slice.

Shake the Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, and saline solution with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the pink grapefruit wedge or slice on the rim of the glass.
