Muddle the lemon wedges, mint leaves, and a pinch of salt in the passion fruit syrup at the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass.

Add the Fernet Branca and Campari to the mixture.

Whip shake the combined ingredients briefly.

Strain the mixture into the Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
