Simple & Elegant Martini

Prepare a martini glass by selecting and pre-chilling it. Prepare your garnish of either a lemon zest twist or a green olive.

Stir the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Ketel One Vodka, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and a dash of Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish, or adorn the drink with a skewered olive.
