Manager's Meeting

Combine the mezcal, Amaro Montenegro, Cointreau, and a dash of mole bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well to chill and blend the flavors.

Pour the mixture over a large ice cube or sphere in an Old Fashioned glass.

Use a hand torch to blacken an orange peel over the glass. Rub the charred peel along the rim to release its oils, then drop it into the drink as a garnish.

Serve and enjoy.
